This was a very pleasant stay on holidays. The stuff was incredibly helpful, took good care of everyone. I had the apartment which was spacious and delightful with a bath. The café served a lot of meals for breakfast. The position of the hotel was magnificent, in walking distance to the central train station.

The staff team was exceptional and welcoming at any time. There were a kitchen area and a lounge in the room, liked that. The bedroom was delightful and had an excellent view on street...

So close to a bus stop, so we traveled a lot. A kitchen was a big plus. The building was beautiful. We really enjoyed the location.

The close proximity to town.
There was a terrible odour in the bathroom which was extremely unpleasant.

Had free parking and was easily accessable. Good instructions on how to get there and pick up keys. Clean and tidy facilities but a little dated. Friendly and helpful staff.
Internet access via a usb modem. Only one tv. Could of given a bigger discount for staying longer than a week.

Walking distance to the city and parks
Our room was called a one bedroom apartment. It was in fact a very compact studio, with a folding partition door that was too broken to move. Bathroom very small - only place to put your towels, clothes was the toilet seat. Bathroom in dire need of "exit mould" and repairs. Outside balcony was filthy. Building is undergoing major repairs to its exterior, however this was not stated when we booked.Very noisy at night from the road traffic. We booked there because most accommodation was already booked and from the pictures it looked ok.

Renovations - so scaffolding surrounding our room and very noisy from 6:30am - 4pm. Hotel management very nosy and rude.

Close to a variety of dining out venues, the
Friendly staff, great undercover balcony to sit back relax and unwind, comfortable, very spacious. The booklet stated if the fire alarm goes off due to the toaster or steam from the bathroom and that is ok, however the fan in the bathroom was not working we had to keep the bathroom and bedroom door shut at all times to ensure the steam did not set off the alarm, The lift was also a worry,, we were a bit concerned at time we would get stuck in there,,, it may need a servicing. Overall our stay was plesant, we would consider returning. It would also be helpful to put a map and information in the guest folder of whats on, maps of the local area, dining out venues, what to see, etc... this would be helpful for visitors who are not formillar with the city.
